How Verification Works

Submit

Creator submits a record with full evidence documentation through the AIWR submission portal.

Review

The AIWR team verifies evidence against official standards. 7–21 days for standard records.

ID Issued

A unique, permanent Record ID is assigned. The record enters the Global Registry and a diploma is issued.

Unique Code

Every Record ID is permanent and unique. It never changes once assigned, even if the record is later surpassed. The ID appears on the diploma, the registry entry, and all official AIWR communications about that record.
